The following applies to group bookings: You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount, and 80% from 14 days before arrival. For individual bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, we charge 80% of the total amount. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – better safe than sorry.
